Look at all these entitled gamers petitioning developers, I think this sets a very dangerous precedent ;-)

In all seriousness, this is very good news for the PC crowd. I be interested to see how they change the controls to fit the PC because I thought they were perfect for the controller. Also, the developers intended co-op to be a silent/atmospheric experience so I wonder how they will stop players colluding online and voicechat. The processing power should help with some of the framerate issues in Blighttown, which was pretty much the only criticism I had of the game.

The extra content is a plus but as a massive fan of the series I can’t help but feel a bit jealous. I wonder if they will release it as DLC for the consoles, can’t see why not…

As a huge fan of both Demon’s and Dark Souls on PS3, I certainly hope that they do bring this additional content to consoles in the form of DLC. Heck, maybe we can start a petition for that as well. Just goes to show how much power gamers really have, and exactly why they shouldn’t just keep their mouths shut.

Also, about Blighttown, it seems the issues that caused the slowdown there were actually due to the AI Pathing just totally pummeling the system in such a large area, rather than the slowdown being a rendering issue. Hopefully the PC version will rectify that.
