Nvidia’s Project Shield

Nvidia, at this year CES (Consumer Electronic Show) 2013, unveiled their new portable console/controller hybrid dubbed Project Shield.

Project Shield is a controller built with a 5-inch 720p multi-touch display and integrated speakers with wi-fi connectivity. Powered by Nvidia’s Tegra 4, a 72-core Nvidia GeForce GPU and quad-core A15 CPU, it will allow players to wirelessly access their GeForce GTX-powered computers and to play games on it from their comfort of their couch. The controller also comes with Android Jellybean which allows players to play Android games on it as well.

Project Shield is expected to ship in Q2 of 2013.

      But for the PC! And with the HDMI port, you can game on your big screen TV.
