A good piece of news for gamers looking to continue their PS3 gaming on the go.
More after the jump.
Idol Minds’ & San Diego Studios’ recently announced game, Ruin will see both versions released as one for a complete home and on the go dungeon crawling experience for the price of one.
Sony Worldwide Studios head, Shuhei Yoshida had this to say during an interview for Eurogamer,
‘One of the games we’re making, called Ruin, we are developing both the Vita version and the PS3 version of that title,” said Yoshida to the site. “Both games will be packaged together. You can play the game at home on PS3, save your data on our PSN server on the cloud, and you can continue playing the game on PS Vita by downloading the save from the PSN. And you can do vice versa. It’s a continuous experience, playing the same game on PS Vita and PS3.’
He also confirmed that many other developers are interested in this possibility. Hopefully we’ll see many more jump on board to provide a complete home and on the go experience.
