Our contact explained that the demo will deliver a taste of each protagonist’s campaign, putting players in the shoes of Raccoon City survivor Leon Kennedy, B.S.A.A. Captain Chris Redfield and mercenary Jake Muller (and before you ask, no, no comment was made concerning the rumoured ‘Fourth Survivor’ campaign believed to star ambiguous antihero Ada Wong).
If you, like me, haven’t bought Capcom’s above-average fantasy action-RPG, you’ll be glad to know that a public RE6 demo is scheduled to reach each console’s online store on September 4th. Is patience one of your virtues?
UPDATE (July 4th, 2012): it appears we’ve been misinformed; the demo detailed above is in fact exclusive to Xbox 360. PS3 Resi fans will have to wait two months to test drive this long-awaited survival horror title whether they own Dragon’s Dogma or not.
Wait, I thought this wasn’t for another month or two? I’ll download it now then.

I assumed it was an international thing. If it’s not working currently, I’d allow for tomorrow’s PS Store update before trying again -- just a thought.
Ah, apparently the Xbox 360 gets it early; PS3 owners have to wait another another couple months. A timed exclusive demo? FFFFFU Microsoft.
Dragons dogma demo just didn’t show me enough to get it, not yet at least. I didn’t dislike it, i would just have liked to see some of the free roam to it, instead of just 2 fights, leaves a lot of questions for me. So needless to say i don’t have a code for RE6 demo, but i just checked and they are selling for 15 bucks on ebay, kinda crazy. At this point though, even if i played the demo, and didn’t care for it, i would still buy it…. Its not too long a wait now anyway.
