Previously available as an invite-only beta on Steam, developers Uber Entertainment have surprised fans by releasing Super Monday Night Combat a day before its expected release.
SMNC’s executive producer, Chandana Ekanayake, responded on the game’s forums, saying:
“We did a bunch of invites over the weekend and there was some wonkiness on how the messaging went out with lots of confusion which resulted in more silliness. We decided to just open it up. There will be an announcement about it on Steam soon.”
The game, a free-to-play MOBA-third person shooter hybrid in which teams compete is a sports arena environment, is available for download on Steam for your free downloading pleasure.
